There are times in all of our lives when we just aren’t in the “mood”. And those times are normal. Or are they? My friend Lucy has been married for 40 years. She’s one of my best friends and she’s easy to talk to. Lucy asked me one day how my sex life is. I wasn’t shocked but it made me think. My husband and I haven’t been intimate in quite a while. When I say quite a while I mean months! We both have been very busy working and in pain from the day’s work. He does heavy lifting all day long and I sit at the computer. I told her it’s been a while and said we haven’t really thought about it because we are both in pain when we go to bed.

That conversation didn’t settle well with me. It got me thinking about how our intimacy used to be. We used to be intimate every day! No! I am not just talking about sex. That has its place but intimacy, to me, means being close, holding hands, hugging, kissing, making out, and other ways to be intimate. Somewhere along the line we lost being intimate. I want it back!
I talked to my husband and he noticed too that we haven’t been as close. We aren’t as young as we used to be, but we’re far from being “old”. I started searching the internet. I came across an article about Hip Flexors. I didn’t even know what it was. I was curious because your Hip Flexors control your body connecting the upper part and the lower part.
Hip Flexors control more than just your hips. This is part of the article that I read:
Nagging joint pains in your legs, lower back or hips
Sluggishness in day to day life
Lack of Explosiveness in the gym or sports
I can relate to more than one of these all day every day. How did I not hear of Hip Flexors before? It’s never too late. I bought the program and was amazed at how easy it was. I needed to tighten my core. I worked Hip Flexors into my daily workout and BAM! I am losing weight, my body isn’t hurting near as much as it used to, and even my anxiety is getting under control. More than anything, my husband and I are intimate once more. There is nothing like falling asleep in his arms. I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
How about you? Do you fight with anxiety, weight, or loss of sexual performance? Are you having digestive problems?
My suggestion to you is to check out Hip Flexors. It’s very affordable. It cost less than a doctor visit and all the tests they are going to take to see what is wrong with you. Don’t you owe it to your spouse or loved ones to try and be as healthy as can be? Don’t you owe it to YOU?
Just take a look at it and read the whole thing before you decide. I was skeptical too. Now I don’t know where I would be without it.
I hope you feel better! I pray your pain, whatever it may be, settles down or goes away.
God Bless
Julie
