You might be moving slower and not have the same groove as you did before. Not everyone slows down at the same rate. By the age of 30 some of us slow down bit by bit and before we know it we are slow dancing through life.
According to Pub Med, “Aging is the progressive accumulation of changes with time that are associated with or responsible for the ever-increasing susceptibility to disease and death which accompanies advancing age. These time-related changes are attributed to the aging process.” As our bodies slow down, we are vulnerable to many diseases, muscle loss, and many other factors.

Age 40 – The questions focus on life purpose
Age 50+ – The questions focus on legacy
